Method of payment
We accept the following Major Credit Cards Visa and MasterCard. All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and will be charged at the official daily creditcard exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Local Sales Tax
New Zealand has a Goods & Service Tax of 12.5%. called GST (tax)             All prices quoted are GST inclusive.

SSL ordering provides online security. All customer and recipient information submitted is strictly confidential and is removed and deleted after payment has been received. We will not share or sell this information to other companies.

Stock availability
All items show are for general guideline purposes only. All efforts will be taken to duplicate bouquets and arrangements as seen on this website, however due to local and imported availability of  flowers and other stocked items we cannot always guarantee this, therefore John Newton design - 4flowers may need to substitute one or more items. For special requirements such as colour and particular flowers please indicate these in the additional information box when ordering. In extreme situations we will contact the buyer to consider their options before delivery..

Delivery
Deliveries will be made within 5 days of purchase. Deliveries are subjected to location, local or overseas. Most New Zealand North Island orders are processed the same day for next day delivery. New Zealand South Island orders are processed the same day for next day delivery. Overseas orders may need extra time delivery which we will confirm delivery time with buyer before processing and delivery.
